Surabhi Bikhchandani, Consumer & Services Practice Head, is one of our founding Promoter Directors, and is a multi-faceted professional with an experience of about 15 years, across the Advertising, FMCG and Recruitment / Consulting industries.
She is driving the thrust into the Top Management Search business at Quadrangle, where her focus is on servicing CXO positions with organisations across Consumer and Services industries.
She began her career in Media Planning with Ulka Advertising Pvt. Ltd. from 1986-1987. She then moved on to Nestle India Ltd. (1989-1995); where she handled diverse responsibilities of marketing, brand management, sales, distribution, merchandising, advertising and market research across various assignments.
Surabhi is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad, where she completed her PGDM (1987-89). Prior to that, she graduated in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi in 1986.
Surabhi has also trained management students on Communication Skills. She conducted courses on Written Analysis & Communication, Oral Communication Skills, Group Discussions & Interviews as a Visiting Faculty at IMT, Ghaziabad (1992) and Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (1990-92). She has also co-authored a book for MBA and job aspirants called “Tackling Group Discussions.”
Simi Mathew, Sr.Consultant – Executive Search, Mumbai, has over seven years of recruiting experience in the financial services segment. Since she joined Quadrangle in 2003, she has successfully completed numerous assignments for Insurance, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and other financial services domains. She also has conducted senior level searches for Country Head’s and Functional Head’s within Telecom, ITES, Media and Entertainment, FMCG and Retail sectors across the country.
Prior to joining Quadrangle, she was with C&O Global Ltd, as a Consultant for BFSI practice, handling mid & senior searches.
Her expertise is in Key Account Management and building relationships with client organizations that are scaling up rapidly. Beside it, she also led Revenue Generation, Project Execution, Team Management, Client Management and Business Development areas.
Manmeet Sandhu, Sr Consultant, Executive Search, Quadrangle Delhi, is an MBA from Amity Business School and has over 5 years of experience in the search and selection business. She joined Quadrangle in 2003.
She has handled several key level assignments in various industries ranging from ITES, FMCG, Real Estate, Infrastructure and other service sector organizations. She has successfully closed several key positions such as CEO, CFO, Functional VPs and General Managers.
Manmeet’s experience spans across Key Account Management, Revenue Generation, Business Development and Team Management. In her current role, she is responsible for the entire project management for senior level searches.
