Our retained search process uses set criteria in order to obtain the best candidates for any given role. Here we work on exclusive time bound searches with clients across industries. These searches can be senior mandates or turnkey recruitment assignments. Search fee is payable on signing up of the agreement or in installments as the search progresses.

Senior Management Search: At Quadrangle, while executing a senior management search, we understand that it is critical to hire not just any qualified person, but the most qualified and appropriate person to meet the challenges of the position in question. While executing a retained senior management search, we first obtain a thorough understanding of the client. The next step is the identification of the candidate. For this, we use a large research database of candidates specifically for the retained research procedure. The candidate may already be employed and may not be considering a move, but the opportunity is made available in case the candidate is interested.

The next step in the retained search process is screening. Potential candidates are contacted, and their work records and qualifications undergo a screening process. They are also be made aware of the opportunity available and asked about their interest in the job opportunity.

If the candidate shows interest in the opportunity and is open for a discussion, then an intensive evaluation process begins. The future potentiality of the candidate is also evaluated, as well as the compatibility of the employee and employer.

Only when all the retained search evaluations and assessments have been made will the client be contacted with potential candidates. The client is usually given three or four candidates for consideration. If the process is successful, then follow up procedures are used to evaluate the progress of the candidate.

Turnkey Recruitment: Turnkey Recruitment addresses the needs in junior/middle management levels. It is best suited for start-ups, new project manning, plant expansion, and scale up of team sizes and geographical expansion of teams (e.g., sales/servicing teams). The geographical reach of this distinct team enables us to conduct mass recruitment & project implementation at multiple locations. Our turnkey recruitment team has managed projects for clients across industries – insurance, banking, BPO etc.
